There are several options to manage the day to day activities of your project. Full time onsite representation, weekly visitations, and/or during punch reviews. In all circumstances; weekly and monthly reports are provided.
Pre-Opening Coordination
Our team will coordinate with the brand, operations team, local municipality, and contractor to ensure a smooth opening.
Project Closeout
All drawings, specifications, inspections, and warranty books will be compiled and provided at the completion of every project.
